Delete your Zimam Health account

1. Open Zimam Health and sign in.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the deletion summary, type the email shown in the app, and select Delete my account.
5. Confirm the final system prompt. The app signs you out when the request succeeds.

Email privacy@zimamsys.com from the address used for your Zimam ID. Use the subject “Delete Zimam Health account.” Include only the information needed to identify the account. Do not send a national ID, medical record, test result, or hospital document by ordinary email.

We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. If you cannot use the registered address, explain that in the message and we will provide a safer verification step.

• The link between your Zimam ID and the patient record used by Zimam Health.
• Push-notification tokens registered by Zimam Health on your devices.
• Your ability to view linked hospital records or manage appointments through the Health app until you complete identity linking again.

• Your shared Zimam ID remains available for Zimam Connect or another Zimam product. Ask privacy@zimamsys.com separately if you want to request deletion of that shared identity.
• Medical records and appointment history held by a hospital remain with that hospital. Zimam Health also preserves the provider-linked medical mirror and appointment history rather than altering a provider's records.
• Security access logs remain for audit purposes, but the live account identifier is replaced with a one-way pseudonymous value.

Contact the hospital that created a medical record if you want to correct it, obtain a copy, or request deletion under rules that apply to the provider. Deleting Zimam Health does not instruct a hospital to alter its medical record.

If you return later with the same Zimam ID, you must verify and link the Health account again with a valid hospital-issued code. Deletion does not restore the previous app link automatically.
